PALS Warranty Information & Policies

• Nonrefundable – PALS devices are custom made to fit your pet only and therefore cannot be returned.

• Fabrication typically takes to 3 to 4 weeks, once PALS has your cast in house.

• Once fabrication is complete, your device will be shipped to your referring veterinarian.

• Limited 60-day warranty - once the device is delivered, it is covered by a limited warranty for 60 days. This warranty does not cover loss of the device or damage to the device or if there is a change to you pet’s condition or limb. 

• PALS will make adjustments to the device as needed during the 60 day warranty period in an effort to improve the device fit. Shipping costs will be the client’s responsibility.

• After sixty days, the customer will be financially responsible if the device needs to be adjusted, refurbished or replaced due to wear & tear or anatomical changes.

• PALS recommends your pet be supervised at all times while wearing the device.

• Regular skin inspections are recommended prior to and after removal of the device to assure continued skin integrity.

• PALS recommends regular follow-up visits with your Veterinarian to assess continued fit and function of the device.

• Refurbishment - devices typically require regular upkeep and refurbishment, such as resoling or strap replacement. The needed frequency of these services varies and depends on the intensity and nature of use. Please note that all refurbishment and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
