All maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment services are the responsibility of the device owner and are performed at the owner's expense.
Supporting the Devices We Provide
Houston PALS provides repair and refurbishment services exclusively for devices manufactured or supplied by PALS. We do not repair or refurbish devices from other manufacturers.

Does Your PALS Device Need Attention?
If your pet's PALS orthotic or prosthetic device is in need of repair or refurbishment, please complete our Device Refurbishment Request Form and email it to our team for review.
